Use these Master Class Cast Iron Pans to prepare dishes in the ovens, grills or on hobs (induction included) and serve straight to the table. The dish will keep warmer for longer due to the heat retention of the cash iron pan. The bamboo base will make it easier and safer to serve the dish.
Prior to first use, the cast iron pans must be washed thoroughly with warm soapy water.
The cast iron pans will become very hot. Use an oven glove to remove the pan from the oven and place it onto the wooden base.
Clean the pan and wooden board with warm water, a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Never put them in the dishwasher. Regularly grease the wooden base with vegetable oil to maintain its colour.
